Every basket is cooked with over both charcoal and gas across mixed loads: onions, peppers, mushrooms, shrimp and meatballs. We score food retention and cooking evenness (40%), build quality and heat resistance (25%), loading and cleaning (20%) and value at the checked price (15%).

How we handle data
